On certain side-by-side UTVs, the engine could backfire during start up and cause a vehicle fire.
Safety Risk:
A fire can create a risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
To reduce the safety risk, Kawasaki advises not to drive your side-by-side UTV until the recall repairs are completed. Kawasaki will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.
